What Planklo is

Planklo connects customers with independent local service pros. Pros are not Planklo employees. Each pro is responsible for their own work, licenses, insurance, pricing and conduct, and any agreement for a job is between the customer and the pro.

Customers

Describe your project honestly, and only send requests for work you're genuinely considering. Price estimates on Planklo are general guides; the pro's quote is what counts.

Pros

Keep your listing accurate, only accept work you're qualified and legally allowed to do, and respond to customers professionally. Leads are free during our launch period; we'll give notice before any lead fees begin.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, post false information, or harass other users.

Text message alerts

Program: Planklo alerts. If you opt in, customers receive texts when pros reply to their quote requests, and pros receive texts when they get a new lead. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

Limits

Planklo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Planklo is not responsible for the work pros perform or for disputes between customers and pros.
